Return Policy
Returns on AIRE Industrial must be made within one (1) year from the date of purchase unless otherwise indicated. The return must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition. Proof of purchase is required. AIRE Industrial may either replace the product or issue a credit for the purchase price.
Return Instructions:
- Please contact AIRE Industrial to discuss the reason for the return
- You will then be issue a returned material authorization (RMA)
- Ensure the RMA is affixed to the return
- Ensure the package is properly packed to preclude damage during return
- Prepay the shipping – AIRE Industrial will not accept C.O.D.s
Custom Orders:
Custom orders are sold on a “Final Sales” basis only. No cancelations, returns or credits are allowed.
